The Peats Ridge Festival is four days of festival bliss in the gorgeous Glenworth Valley,
one hour north of Sydney, 5 hours from Canberra, 8 hours from Byron and 12
hours from Melbourne. The Peats Ridge Festival is the only festival in
Australia where you can combine swimming, riverside camping, rainforest walks
and horse riding whilst being surrounded by abundant wildlife.

The Peats Ridge Festival is a fantastic festival featuring over
350 bands on 15 stages, 180 Artists incorporating art and site installations, an
array of workshops, markets & food stalls, an open-air cinema, healing areas,
an indigenous Boardi space, a Children’s Festival, theatrical performances and
discussions around living sustainably.

The music for this year will
see a diverse mixture of local, national and international talent grace the
floor of the festival’s 15 stages.  From
world music, through to blues, jazz, roots and dub, contemporary and chilled
beats, the festival presents an eclectic mix of music which is perfect for
lazing by the river or dancing under the stars.

Some of the new features this year include the Jazz on the River, Human Rights Arts and Film
Festival and a new addition in the Eco Living Expo
as well as the Handcrafted
Instrument Makers Market.

Tickets On Sale!!!

First
release tickets to the 2007 Peats Ridge Festival go on sale 9am on Monday 15^th October. To
purchase tickets simply go to the festival website www.peatsridgefestival.com.au.  First release
ticket prices start at $180 for an Adult and also includes discounted tickets
for families. Day Tickets are also available. 
All Children under the age of 12yrs have free entry to the
festival.  Camping is included in the ticket
price however you need to bring your own tent.  Additional
camping is available on extra Friday 28^th December, however you will need to book as numbers
are limited.

Lifetime Membership

The Peats Ridge Festival would like to offer people who have attended
the festival over the past 3 years the opportunity to sign up as a Lifetime Member.  This means that
in future years they will receive first option of tickets sales.  To sign

The Peats Ridge
Festival aims to promote
sustainability through the festival medium and offers discussions around living
sustainably.  In its fourth year, the festival
features the Eco-Living Stage
presented in association with the University
of NSW, and will provide workshops and information on ways to live more
sustainably.  The Peats Ridge Festival
was the first major event in Australia to run entirely on bio-diesel and renewable energy resources, and
features many ground-breaking sustainable initiatives.
