It's not exactly Oriental, but a Kazak friend of mine played me some Russian House music the other day. It was really quite good. A bit like Funky House, with little bits of balilika playing in the background. I'm off to Thailand next weekend, so no doubt I'll hear some Oriental then! Rich xx |

That depends entirely upon what you call "Oriental Pop". I listen to a lot of J-pop, Japanese music is my most favourite out of all the music I listen to. |

my fav has to be j-pop star and actress called Mika Nakashima. she has an amazing voice and her ballads r amazingly moving.
